Who's Your Daddy? Ex-wife may Reveal ALL at Jacko's trial

Posted by Fara Kearnes at 10:02 PM | | Comments ( 0 )

Debbie Rowe & Michael JacksonWho really sired those blonde-haired, blue-eyed kids that belong to pop star Michael Jackson? Today is "D-Day," or "Debbie Day" for the prosecution's case in the pop star's child molestation trial.

Debbie Rowe, the singer's ex-wife and mother of his two older kids, will be on the stand and could do some real damage to the singer's reputation. It's being speculated that she could let "slip" the identity of the real father of Prince, 8, and Paris, 7.

Sources have been saying all along that Debbie was artificially inseminated for her two pregnancies and the children were not conceived in the usual grunt and thanks way with Jacko. London tabloids published that rumor last year and it's been said that Debbie has also admitted as much to her friends, as well as other juicy tidbits about her (non) marriage to Jackson ...

Pimp Your Kid to Michael Jackson

Posted by Fara Kearnes at 4:09 PM | | Comments ( 4 )

Michael JacksonJay Leno joked during his Tonight Show monologue on Monday night, "This week, Michael Jackson's ex-wife, Debbie Rowe, is scheduled to testify against him at his sexual molestation trial. His ex-wife ... He thought his face was white before ... oh my gosh! ..."

More Leno: "Hey, you know who else is going testify? Macaulay Culkin. Macaulay Culkin is going to testify for the defense. He's expected to say that he was never, ever molested by Michael. How about that? They finally found a kid that wasn't."
, So the judge in the Jacko child molestation trial in Santa Maria has ruled that he will allow the singer's ex-wife to testify in court this week, which could be very damaging to Jackson's defense.

There was a confidentiality clause in their divorce settlement that had prevented Debbie from speaking about paternity issues, Jackson's mental and physical condition, or his lifestyle. But now that a subpoena has been issued by the prosecution, it cancels out the civil agreement and the court was told she will testify. And she's ready to tell all . . .

One of the things, Debbie is expected to talk about is that she was offered visitation rights with her children ONLY if she praised Jackson in a taped interview. Prosecutors say the taping occurred at the same time the accuser's family was forced to make a similar video to make Jackson look good.

Debbie hopes to eventually win custody of her two kids back from Jackson, even though she pimped them to him years ago for big cash and a nice house. But her score was nowhere near the $22 million Jacko gave the family of his first kiddie victim 10 years ago to keep quiet. It's going to be an interesting week ...

Former Victim Offers Damaging Testimony in Jackson Trial

Posted by Fara Kearnes at 8:39 PM | | Comments ( 0 )

Michael Jackson

"He's a 46-year-old guy with a bad back who likes to watch porn and drink wine. Who would've thought?" -- writer Randy Taraborrelli.

Last week, Michael Jackson received a blow to his defense when the judge in his child molestation case ruled that prosecutors could bring in to testify the son of the singer's housekeeper and another boy who received civil settlements from Jackson. Prosecutors have said the housekeeper's son received $2.4 million in 1994.

The victim, now 24, testified that he was just 7 at the time the molestation started. Apparently, he made a vary believable witness, and you have to wonder . . . why would Jackson give someone $2.4 million dollars as a settlement if he was innocent?

One thing is for sure about the settlement in 1994: either Jackson molested the boy and got away with it, or the housekeeper's family extorted millions of dollars from Jackson. One or the other is true, and in either case, a crime was committed., The witness said that Jackson twice touched his groin over his clothes during "tickling" games at Neverland, and in a third incident reached under his clothes. He also said that Jackson gave him $100 after each of the first two incidents when he was just 7 years old.

The appearance of the young man was allowed under last week's ruling that prosecutors may present evidence suggesting Jackson molested or otherwise behaved inappropriately with FIVE other boys before the current allegations took place. The housekeeper's son may turn out to be the turning point in this trial . . . stay tuned.

Lisa Marie Tells Oprah that Jacko was Normal

Posted by Fara Kearnes at 4:43 PM | | Comments ( 0 )

Lisa Marie looks great, but her mom Priscilla Presley looks like she's had six too many eyelifts and chemical peels. She's absolutely scary looking - like the Joker from Batman. She used to be a natural beauty, but it doesn't work when you're trying to look sixteen again. Her face looks like a mask and there's not a single line or wrinkle around the eyes, and the upper lip is definitely FUBAR. At least she's left her nose alone. I wonder if she's seeing the same plastic doctor as her former son-in-law, Michael Jackson

On Oprah
Anyhoo, the appearance on "Oprah" was Lisa Marie's chance to plug her new single "Dirty Laundry," but Oprah focused her questions more on LM's private life and her relationship with Jackson. Lisa Marie and Jackson were married from 1994 to 1996 and she continues to claim that it was a real marriage and she truly did love Jackson at the time.

She told Oprah that Jackson tried to ease her fears that he was weird: "He went very much out of his way to deprogram me of any previous ideas I might have had of him. He sat me down and said, 'I know you think this and I know you think that.' He was completely normal.", Other revealing tidbits: "Do you think Michael loved you?" Winfrey asked Presley.

"It's hard for me to answer that question. I don't know the answer to that, to be honest with you," Lisa Marie answered.

"Do you think he used you?"

". . . All signs point to yes on that."

Presley told Winfrey she was naive when she met Jackson and that he snowed her over and she wanted to help him with his problems. "At that time, the way that he did that looped me into, 'Oh my God, you poor misunderstood soul, I feel really bad for you,'" the 37-year-old singer said.

Pajama Party at the Courthouse

Posted by Fara Kearnes at 5:08 PM | | Comments ( 0 )

It's bad enough that he's looking at 3 to 10 in the pen on charges of sexually molesting boys in his bedroom, but MJ put a fine point on it when he showed up to court dressed as Hugh Hefner.

Jackson & Madonna

Usually, Michael Jackson looks as though he's dressed to lead a marching band in a parade. We've seen blazers adorned with symbols of prep schools, deposed royalty, and decorated soldier.

He's annoyed the judge this week by arriving more than an hour late to court and claiming a back injury (and did you see him whip around suddenly and wave to his fans?). Last week he managed to piss off an entire country - Austria.

It seems the Austrians, homeland of Arnold, were miffed when one of Jacko's blazers had the "Order of Vienna" sitting on his chest. Austrians recognized the star as their country's medal that is awarded to artists and businessmen about 50 people a year for service to Austria. Problem with Jacko is -- he was never awarded the honor.

He must be all out of the "Order of Vienna" blazers, so he's wearing pjs to court. (And for a break, enjoy the photo of him with Madonna, when Jackson was a very handsome dude, and still would be, if he hadn't become addicted to plastic surgery.)

, The trial is suppose to take 3 to 6 months but an upcoming ruling by the judge, likely to be announced next week, will be regarding the previous molestation victim.

If that victim, who is now in his 20s, is allowed to testify, and confirms that he was also given "Jesus juice" (wine in a pop can) by Jackson, that could make the present victim sound more credible. And that would be a huge blow to Jackson defense if the jury hears details from the boy who recieved a multi-million dollar settlement from Jackson.

Michael Jackson's Staff may Moon Walk

Posted by Fara Kearnes at 2:36 PM | | Comments ( 1 )

Things are not going so well for Michael Jackson on the home front either. In addition to his legal troubles and trying to stay out of jail, his finances are a mess, and now the staff at the Neverland Ranch are suffering as well.

Michael Jackson

Not only have the bills for phone and electricity gone unpaid at Neverland, and for two weeks in a row the hired help has not received their meager paychecks from the multimillionaire.

Who knows what's up now. Michael Jackson's brother Randy controls Jacko's finances after taking the job over from brother Jermaine and the Nation of Islam last year. And Randy is reported to be highly unpopular with Michael's loyalists.

According to a news report on Foxnews.com, "it costs around $350,000 a month to run the 2,700-acre ranch, including staff, maintenance and the zoo. That breaks down to roughly $75,000 a week."

In addition to the chunk of change Jackson needs to pay staff and bills at Neverland, the report mentions that "Jackson owes $350 million to Bank of America in loans." Not that Michael is poor: "He also has income derived from album sales. He's still selling about 15,000 total CDs and DVDs a week (mostly of "Thriller") and publishing royalties on his own music."

Thriller! That album came out 22 years ago and still sells bigger than most of the pop stars today.

, Meanwhile back at the trial . . .

Last week the jury was shown a video of Jackson' bedroom (a.k.a. The alleged "scene of the crime"), shot by a Sheriff's Department photographer. It showed a "sparkling" bedspread, pictures of Marilyn Monroe and Shirley Temple, several TVs and stacks of videos.

But then it went into two side rooms: The "doll room" and the "toy room," which were filled with dolls, mannequins and figurines of such characters as Bat Man, Superman and C-3PO, Boba Fett and R2-D2 from "Star Wars." And dozens of child-sized mannequins.

Despite the oddities around Neverland, I'm still wierdly obsessed with that umbrella and I ask why anyone needs shaded from the sun in order to walk a few steps from the SUV at the curb to the court building. Plus that fact that he doesn't even carry the umbrella himself. It's like it's some kinda symbolic version of the giant fern leaf shading a great pharaoh.

This week at trial, the little accuser dude's younger brother (age 14) has made some contradictory statements on the stand. I don't know how much we can read into that. It's almost to be expected, since 14-year-olds can't even remember what they did at the mall last Saturday.

Chimp to Testify at Jackson Trial

Posted by Fara Kearnes at 4:13 PM | | Comments ( 0 )

In yet another case of former pal turned accuser, the chimpanzee who shared Michael Jackson's bed and life those many years ago will be escorted to the courtroom and lead to the dock to testify against the Wierd One.

Bubbles and Jacko

Jackson's former little buddy, "Bubbles," is expected to deliver damning evidence against the singer who once croned "Billie Jean is not my lover, she's just a girl . . ." (Was Jacko trying to tell us something?)

But seriously, folks . . . the circus -- I mean, the child molestation case against the "Bad" singer got underway with opening statements Monday. The District Attorney told the jury that "The private world of Michael Jackson, instead of bedtime books and discussions of Peter Pan ... he's talking to them about masturbation," referring to the 15-year-old accuser who was just ten when he met Jacko. He went on to say that Jackson had gotten the little dude drunk on "Jesus juice" and groped him, and furthermore, that one of Jackson's thugs threatened to kill the accuser's mom if the boy told anyone.

, The prosecutor went on to say that the world of Jackson was not about "cookies and milk" as Jackson had described on the now infamous Martin Bashir British TV documentary, but was about "wine, vodka and bourbon" and the trial will expose, once and for all, a world of "child molestation."

Charges against Jackson and five co-conspirators -- who have not been indicted -- were read in court. All five of the co-conspirators are employees of Jackson. In the indictment, 28 acts were allegedly committed in the conspiracy to keep the molestation a secret.

Jackson has pleaded "not guilty" to charges of: child molestation, administering an intoxicating agent, and conspiring to commit child abduction, false imprisonment and extortion. If he is found guilty of all 10 charges, he faces more than 20 years in prison.

Jackson Gets A Jury

Posted by Fara Kearnes at 10:44 PM | | Comments ( 0 )

Faster than you can say "It's a beautiful thing to share your bed" the Michael Jackson trial has a jury selected - weeks before anyone thought it was possible.

According to the report at msnbc.com the jury contains four men and eight women, seven of them are white, four Hispanic and one Asian. No blacks, which means Jackson will have a trial by his peers -- middle-aged white women.

Jackson has a few things going in his favor: the word is that the young 15-year-old accuser has been a horrible witness in the mock trial questioning done by the prosecution side (which means he might do the same and fall apart on the witness stand), plus the fact that the teen accuser once accused his own mother of abuse to the police.

And going against Jackson is that most of the jurors are parents themselves and immediately know its damn weird for a 45-year-old man to sleep with little boys. When a single rich guy trolls for little pre-teen dudes -- and not babes -- it's time to wonder.

, At least now if Jackson is convicted and has to go to prison (and I'm NOT saying he's guilty or anything), he won't have to worry about being allowed to wear his nose-tip prothesis to cover up that third nostril. His last surgery by Dr. Werner Mang, a German Plastic surgeon, took some cartilage out of his ear to give his beak a new tip and it looks pretty good. But he should leave the Mary Poppins umbrella at home.

Update on the Michael Jackson trainwreck . . .

Posted by Fara Kearnes at 4:28 PM | | Comments ( 1 )

There's a buzz around the courthouse at the Michael Jackson trial that the star recently failed a lie detector test.

michael jackson

Jackson reportedly took the tests a month ago and failed miserably. Not that it matters as far as his defense goes . . . since the tests aren't admissible as evidence in a California court. Score one for the wierd one who will likely deny he even took the tests.

Anyhoo, it sounds like the trial could begin as early as next Tuesday, in which case, Jackson will probably pull his best "Captain Crunch meets the Navy" outfit from the closet to wear and impress us all. If you ask me, his attorneys should plead insanity instead of Not Guilty, because Jackson doesn't appear to have a clue how serious this is.

As for the ridiculous list of character witnesses, like Kobe Bryant, don't believe it. It's just publicity. On the "Tonight Show" the other night, Jay Leno said he has no idea why HE'S listed as a possible defense witness. Leno joked on that his relationship with Jackson was perfectly innocent. He said that "all we did was cuddle" and "people have to make it something dirty."

Leno also promised that he won't rat out Jackson: "Us white folks, we stick together."

Michael Jackson on The Geraldo Rivera Show

Posted by Fara Kearnes at 4:06 PM | | Comments ( 3 )

Michael Jackson had a few things to say about celebrity during his interview with Geraldo Rivera on Fox's "At Large" program: "The bigger the star, the bigger the target. ... But truth always prevails."

Michael Jackson
He described the press coverage of his life was like looking at a fictitious movie. "Because it's fiction," he said. "It's like watching science fiction. It's not true."

He also lashed out at Eminem for mocking him in the "Just Lose It" video Referring to the rapper as "Mr. Eminem." (In the video, Eminem impersonates Jackson cavorting with children. His raps about inviting kids to sit on his lap - and his nose falls off.) "I've been an artist most of my life and I've never attacked a fellow artist," Jackson said. "Great artists don't do that. You don't have to do that."

But -- In the most telling revelation of the interview, Jackson made a statement at the end that he would not be scheduling any more sleepovers with little boys. "I never intend to place myself in so vulnerable position again," he said. Way to go, Jacko, now you get it.
