Selling millions of albums, achieving success as one of the greatest Motown musical groups of all time, and even being a sibling to the King of Pop himself, hasn't spared the brothers of the Jackson 5 from plunging to the depths of near poverty.
According to a story in the New York Post, "...one brother is stocking groceries, another repairing cars and others living at home with mom while hoping for sister Janet's next handout."

Troubled pop star Michael Jackson is close to losing his fabled Neverland Ranch this month because he failed to make mortgage payments on it, and now it's been revealed his parents' and siblings' Encino home is also in jeopardy.
The sprawling 2,800-acre compound known as Neverland, which represented the world of Michael Jackson during his Peter Pan fantasy year, is due to hit the auction block on March 19. The grounds include zoo cages, a miniature steam train and a ferris wheel. Jackson wants it back but no one will give him the $25 million he needs to pay off loans made against the property.
Michael Jackson is reportedly getting $10 million to show up at a birthday party — and he doesn’t have to sing. The King of Pop will earn the appearance money just for mingling with other guests at Prince Azim of Brunei’s 25th birthday party in England this weekend. “Absolutely no expense is being spared for [the prince’s] party,” a source told the Daily Mirror. “Michael Jackson is his all-time idol and he said he’d pay whatever it took to get him over.”
