Lindsay Lohan Accused of Carjacking in Her DUI Joyride

Lindsay Remember that night that Lindsay Lohan was arrested for DUI in July 2007? Remember the part about when she "hijacked" an SUV with 3 big guys in it and drove off? In a lawsuit filed this week, the men -- Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro -- are accusing the Mean Girl of holding them 'hostage' as she fled from police!

She allegedly told them: "She was a celebrity... she could do whatever she wants."

On the radio program Loveline yesterday, she was asked by DJ Stryker, "You guys, you and Samantha, have been going out for how long now? Like two years, one year, five months, two months?"

Lohan replied with a laugh, "For a very long time." Well, that's kind of an admission...

lohan When Barack Obama politely kissed off Lindsay Lohan’s recent offer to "help out" with this whole darn election thing going on, he didn't know that Papa Lohan would take it so badly. The "Mean Girls" star allegedly offered to host a fundraiser to bring in her legions of underage fans. One or two of them might even be old enough to vote!

Alas, Obama's team said no thanks because she "is not exactly the kind of high-profile star who would be a positive for us." Those words didn't exactly sit well with over-protective Papa Lohan!

lohan and ronson Why Lindsay Lohan Ronson? Why not Sam Ronson Lohan? However they work it out the name thing, the DJ wants to make Linds the next Mrs. Samantha Ronson by Christmas. DJ Ronson halted her set at the Chateau Marmont nightclub on Tuesday to declare her love for the Mean Girls actress, insisting she will legally marry Lohan by the end of the year.

T.i. will make them the second big-name lesbian couple to wed in 2008 - after Ellen DeGeneres exchanged vows with Portia De Rossi this summer.

lohan ronson Lindsay Lohan's pop, Michael Lohan, 48, told E!News yesterday that he and his girlfriend, the old-looking 24-year-old Erin Muller (who doesn't look a day over 38!), are "unofficially" engaged - whatever that means. He's bought her a ring and all but hasn't "officially" popped the question.

Meanwhile, Papa Lohan is all up in Lindsay's business, claiming that her girlfriend partner Samantha Ronson is luring the rehabbed Firecrotch back to drinking and keep her from working.

lindsay and sam A gay wedding between Sam Ronson and Lindsay Lohan is absolutely never going to happen but any publicity is good publicity in Hollyweird. So Michael Lohan made it a point to tell the media that he wouldn't attend the wedding that isn't going to happen and he wouldn't be invited to anyway.

“I haven’t heard anything (about an upcoming wedding) from Lindsay, but if she was marrying Sam, I don’t think she’d ask me to walk her down the aisle,” says Michael. “She knows about my (Christian) faith … she just wouldn’t ask.”

A Lohan family source adds, “Ashley’s singing ability just proves that the family talent comes from Michael Lohan, not Dina Lohan.”

hohans OMG. You're sayin there's ANOTHER Hohan out there somewhere? Lindsay Lohan is reportedly very pissed at the news that a woman is claiming her father Michael fathered a luv child and has kept it from the family for 3 years.

Michael Lohan has admitted to romancing the child's mother, Kristi Horn, during a period in 1995 when he and now ex-wife Dina Loan had separated, and has ordered his lawyers to get him outta this mess. Because, you know, there's ~~Lindsay's~~ money involved.

Ali Lohan, the 15-year-old lil sis of Lindsay Lohan, is thisclose to landing a lead role in a $25 million remake of 'Troll'. How crap-tastic is that? Ali can destroy her career before she turns 16. Even Linds didn't manage that!

Over at E! Online, they are reporting that the pint-size Ali recently auditioned for the remake of 1986 camp classic 'Troll' and apparently impressed director John Carl Buechler enough to gush: "She was great. The camera loves her. She's a really good actress...I am personally going to fight for her."

The producer had a hard time finding an insurance company that would cover her - and stars are unable to work in films without it. Linds, who is still on probation from her 2 DUI arrests last year, nearly missed out on the role for "Labor Pains".

A source tells the New York Daily News, "Movie producer Rick Schwartz could only find one insurance company to cover her, and even then he really had to vouch for her."
