Brinkley Divorce Settled: Christie Gets the Kids, Peter Gets the Porn

According to reports, lawyers for both Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook were thrashing out a divorce settlement until 6:15 this morning, and everyone’s got what they wanted. Christie is getting sole custody of her kids. Peter keeps his porn addiction.

The agreement was reached early this morning after an "all night" negotiation session at a Manhattan hotel, which follows eight grueling days of horrid details in their high profile divorce.

Jamie Lynn Spears is keeping it real and sounding upbeat about being a teen mom and says she looks forward to the day when she's an actively involved soccer mom. Mm-kay. She was probably more thrilled at the coin OK! laid out to her ($1 million!) when she sold the "exclusive" interview and baby photos to the mag.

In the interview, the 17-year-old talks about life with boyfriend Casey Aldridge, parenting classes and that her labor pains with Maddie Briann were blessedly short!

Hollywood's most buff and strapping sexy star, Matthew McConaughey, and his girlfriend, Camila Alves, welcomed a newborn son last night, who presumably arrived in the world butt naked and ready to take up his role as mini-Matt.

The lil guy was born at 6:22 pm in L.A. and weighed 7 lbs., 4 oz. Matt's oldest brother, who is called Rooster, tells People mag,"It's going to be fun! Matt will make a really good dad because he's got a lot of patience. It's about time."

nicole and keith Nicole Kidman and husband, Keith Urban, welcomed a daughter on Monday morning in Nashville, Tennessee reports People.

It's the first child for Nicole, 41, and the superstar country singer, 40. They named their daughter, Sunday Rose Kidman Urban.

Angelina Jolie Pops Out the Twins

It's been reported as an "exclusive" by French magazine Closer that Angelina Jolie went into labor last night and popped out the twins today July 1.

Meanwhile, on the big screen Ange's twin summer project are also doing well. Her action flick, Wanted, earned $50.9 million at the box office last weekend to rave reviews. Her other summer blockbuster, the animated flick Kung Fu Panda, has already raked in over $280 million worldwide since its release on June 6. Two more kids and two simultaneous hit movies - this woman does it all!

Ben Affleck Slams Self-Promoting Charity Celebs

affleck Actor Ben Affleck is claiming that many of Hollywood's big names are simply seeking publicity when doing charity work. The star - who has made three trips to Africa in the last eight months - returned from his own humanitarian mission in Africa's Democratic Republic of Congo in May.

He says, "Here I am, this actor. There's the potential for one of these cliche actors showing up out of the middle of nowhere in Africa. It's really critical for me to learn and to understand and not to be some outsider who shows up and says, 'I know what's happening and I know what should be done.'

Scarlett Johansson: "You've Got Mail" But Not From Obama

johannson Senator Barack Obama this week denied that he had a running e-mail relationship with Scarlett Johansson. "You'd imagine that someone like the senator who is constantly traveling and constantly 'on' — how can he return these personal e-mails?" the actress told the website Politico a couple of weeks ago. "But he does."

"She sent one e-mail to Reggie, who forwarded it to me," Obama said matter-of-factly, referring to his personal assistant, Reggie Love. "I write saying, 'Thank you Scarlett for doing what you do,' and suddenly we have this 'e-mail relationship'." BURN!

The rumor was started by E!'s Ted Casablanca who speculated that a split was the reason "Jen and Ben are always seen cooing over adorable daughter Violet - separately."

And not because they are two actors with busy careers??

amy-winehouse Amy Winehouse has developed emphysema from smoking drugs. Mitch Winehouse told the Daily Mail: "With smoking the crack cocaine and the cigarettes her lungs are all gunked up. There are nodules around the chest and dark marks. She's got 70 percent lung capacity."

"The doctors have told her if she goes back to smoking drugs it won't just ruin her voice, it will kill her," Mitch said.

Evangeline Lilly and Dominic Monaghan are reportedly set to marry! The actors - who split briefly earlier this year - are said to be planning a quiet ceremony in Hawaii. That's the rumor anyway. Well, maybe more than a rumor ... more like 'currently unverified' news.

"Evangeline accepted Dom's proposal while they were away together and they both agree Hawaii is the perfect place for the wedding - both as a location and for sentimental reasons," gushed the usual un-named source.
