Russell Brand and Katy Perry Didn’t Have a Prenup

katy-perry_russell-brand.jpgIt appears Russell Brand and estranged wife Katy Perry didn’t sign a pre-nuptial agreement. And although the British actor is legally entitled to half of Katy’s $44 million fortune, he revealed he is not interested in obtaining any money from her.

The funny man, who filed for divorce from the Firework singer in December, after just 14 months of marriage, has confessed he wants their split to be as amicable as possible.

According to TMZ, their divorce will become official on June 30 because there is a six month waiting period.
