Actor Channing Tatum has recently revealed he never knew what a first date was like until he had one in his new movie The Vow, because he actually didn’t have a first date in real life.
Although the 31-year-old Dear John star is already married, he admitted he always went on dates with girls he already knew.
“Whenever I’ve been on a date it’s always been with someone I already know or that I’ve hung out with anyway,” said Channing. “I’ve never walked up to a girl with some cheesy line and asked her on a date. That’s what I would call a proper first date – between two people who don’t know each other – and I’ve never done that.”
