17-year-old pop star Justin Bieber, who is a Christian, has recently revealed he prefers to talk directly to God, rather than going to church.
The teen superstar said although he believes in a higher power who guides everyone’s lives, he’s not so much of a church goer to show his faith. He rather prefers to focus on praying to God in private.
“A lot of people who are religious, I think they get lost,” he said. “They go to church just to go to church. I’m not trying to disrespect them … but for me, I focus more on praying and talking to Him. I don’t have to go to church.”
Speaking about his beliefs, the singer has also got a tattoo of Jesus Christ’s face on his left calf and recently showed it off during a trip to a Los Angeles beach.
