According to The Wrap, Oscar-winning star Dame Helen Mirren is going to be the “inner voice” of a character on TV show Glee — which stars Matthew Morrison, Lea Michele and Heather Morris.
Reports say the actress has already recorded the lines for an episode of the musical TV show, but she will only be heard, not seen. However, the character whose inner thoughts she will be voicing is yet to be known.
The episode, titled ‘Yes/No’, will prominently feature Matthew’s character Mr. Schuester and Jayma May’s Emma. “Helen recorded several long, hilarious monologues recently,” an insider said. “She visited the kids on set — they had no idea she was coming and were stunned.”
Glee is well known for attracting big Hollywood stars onto the show, including Gwyneth Paltrow — who played substitute teacher Holly Holliday — and Britney Spears, who appeared as herself.
