According to Us Weekly, Miley Cyrus’ best friend Kelly Osbourne organized a huge birthday bash for the former Hannah Montana star. It appears Kelly rented out Beacher’s Madhouse inside the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel to treat her 19-year-old friend for her special day.
“Her mom Tish went, and so did her boyfriend Liam,” an insider said. “The group was up until 3 a.m. just dancing up a storm and having fun.”
Miley confessed this was “the best party ever” for her and that “there was a unicorn in the lobby!”
Osbourne has previously revealed that the birthday party was “going to be the sickout thing Miley has ever seen in her life. That was my mission for her, to make her birthday…the best day ever.”
The two girls have became friends since shooting the comedy So Undercover, which has yet to be released.
