Singer Jessica Simpson has finally decided when she wants to get married. The star — who got engaged to former NFL player Eric Johnson last November — has recently revealed she’s pregnant with her first child, and decided that it’s better to walk down the aisle after the baby is born.
According to People magazine, “They’re really excited. It wasn’t something they planned per se, but it’s also not something they were trying to avoid,” a source said.
“They’re both still really committed to getting married, and were both really into making decisions about what kind of wedding they wanted,” added the insider, revealing the wedding was originally set for this month.
“It’s just going to be at a later date now [because] they really want to enjoy this time in their lives. They’re both very family-oriented and having a baby is something they both wanted. It’s wonderful!”
