49-year-old star Demi Moore has officially split from estranged husband Ashton Kutcher, who was accused of cheating on her on the day of their 6th anniversary.
The actress confessed it is “with great sadness and a heavy heart” that she decided to end her 6-year marriage to the Two and a Half Men star.
“It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton,” she revealed in a statement. “As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life. This is a trying time for me and my family, and so I would ask for the same compassion and privacy that you would give to anyone going through a similar situation.”
It was 22-year-old Sara Leal the one who claimed that she and Ashton had sex at a San Diego hotel room on the day of Demi and Ashton’s marriage anniversary. The two stars have reportedly trying to solve their problems and give their marriage another chance, but Demi apparently just couldn’t take it anymore.
