Chat show host Ellen DeGeneres and her wife Portia de Rossi, together with The Pretenders singer Chrissie Hynde and film producer Steve Bing are opening a vegan restaurant in San Fernando Valley, California.
The animal free menu will be prepared by celebrity chef Tal Ronnen (who also created Ellen and Portia’s wedding menu), while the restaurant’s interior design will be created by Waldo Fernandez, who has decorated homes for top Hollywood stars such as Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, or Tobey Maguire.
However, the name of the restaurant hasn’t been revealed yet.
Ellen has also launched a diet advice webpage called Going Vegan with Ellen that provides recipes and resources to help users adopt an animal free diet.
