According to reports, Fool’s Gold star Kate Hudson and her boyfriend Matt Bellamy have secretly got engaged. The actress, who is 14 weeks pregnant with their first child, and the Muse rocker had a private party at an exclusive London hotel on Monday night to celebrate their union with their closest friends and family.
“It was an intimate party,” an insider told British newspaper The Sun. “They kept their engagement secret as they wanted to celebrate with their nearest and dearest before it became public knowledge.”
It is believed Kate’s Hollywood icon mother Goldie Hawn, 65, was among the guests in attendance, after having been in the UK to present an accolade at the British Comedy Awards on Saturday night.
According to Matt, 32, the couple — who have been dating for about nine months — could be set to move back to the UK permanently.
Kate already has a seven-year-old son Ryder with ex-husband Chris Robinson.
