Rihanna is single and ready to mingle. The singer split from boyfriend Matt Kemp after almost one year of dating.
The break-up apparently happened over the last few weeks. “She basically was just over it,” a source told American Us Weekly magazine.
It seems Matt got sick of always following her “like a puppy dog all over the world. He wants something more normal,” said the insider. “It was never as serious as it looked. It was always just [about] having fun.”
Rihanna has also recently insisted she’s “not ready” to get married. “I’m only 22!” she said. “I’ve heard the word marriage 400 times in the past few days, but no I’m not ready for that yet.”
