According to reports, super sexy star Megan Fox has given away the opportunity to play Wonder Woman on the big screen. Insiders say the Transformers star didn’t want the role of the comic book hero because she wants to take on more serious roles and avoid the blockbusters.
“Megan has been linked to the role and there was an approach at one point but she’s not going anywhere near Wonder Woman,” said a pal close to the star. “She wants to move on to more serious roles.”
Sources also recently revealed that Fox wants to make a change in her career by taking a break from the big screen movies and heading for Broadway. “Megan is desperate to get away from her Transformers image and move on with her acting career,” a source said last month.
“Theater really appeals to her. She has nothing lined up yet but she’s open to offers. She hopes to mix theater work with some smaller indy movies and only do big movies if they are right for her.”
