According to New York Post gossip Page Six, Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester had an awkward run-in with her ex-boyfriend Sebastian Stan at Karl Lagerfeld’s party at his SoHo Chanel boutique this week. And apparently Meester “broke the ice on a potentially awkward situation by giving him a hug, and they chatted.”
Largerfield arrived at the party with Meester’s Gossip Girl costar Blake Lively. “Karl loves Blake,” a source said. “She’s become something of a muse for him.”
Recent reports also claimed that Meester is jealous of Lively. According to American tabloid the National Enquirer, “they don’t even acknowledge each other when they’re not in a scene together,” a source said. “Leighton thinks Blake is an egomaniac who views her time on the TV set as slumming it. And Blake feels stifled. She’s just ignoring her costar because she knows bigger things are in store. Blake’s way over Gossip Girl. She’s counting the days till she’s free to do movies full-time.”
