Aussie actress/singer Kylie Minogue has signed up to play a heavily tattooed lesbian in new movie Jack and Diane. The flick will also star Juno Temple and Elvis Presley’s granddaughter, Riley Keough, as teen lovers.
According to New York Post gossip column Page Six, “Kylie does have one love scene where she kisses a girl,” said a source. “Her fans will be surprised to see her in this role, but her performance is good.”
Kylie has not appeared in a movie since 2001’s Moulin Rouge.
Kylie is currently dating Spanish model Andres Velencoso, but has previously revealed she’d consider having a lesbian relationship if she doesn’t find a man to settle down with.
“I’d go gay for Tallulah Bankhead,” Minogue said back in 2008. “She was a fascinating and exotic woman. There was so much to admire about her. She lived life to the full, maybe a little too fully. I want to release the inner Tallulah in me. God knows I can’t get a man – so maybe I should cross over.”
