Letters to Juliet star Amanda Seyfried confessed she is hoping to follow in the footsteps of top actress Meryl Streep. The two co-stared in the Mamma Mia! movie and the young actress said she’d love to have a career like the multi-Oscar winning Devil Wears Prada star.
“I would like to be one of those actresses who can do anything,” she said. “I would like to be like Meryl Streep some day, but then I don’t know many people in this business who don’t have that goal.”
24-year-old Amanda also recently revealed she believes in love at first sight. “You know I do. I think it’s definitely rare but I think it exists,” she said last month. “Love is complicated, and as simple as people make it out to be, it’s a complicated thing but it’s also the most beautiful thing on the earth. It’s good to be in love, it’s good to talk about love and it’s good to watch love happen in front of you and I think that’s why these romantic movies are so important.”
