Reality TV star Heidi Montag has worried her friends who urged the troubled star to check herself into rehab. Sources say Heidi’s nearest and dearest are worried she might kill herself after she reportedly told pals, “The way people treat me, I may as well be dead.”
“Heidi hates herself, which is why she’s got into this mess,” a source told Britain’s Now magazine. “No matter how many times she goes under the knife, it doesn’t take away the fact she’s the same insecure person underneath. She’s doped up to her eyes on painkillers and has terrible mood swings.”
