The actress might be leaving Grey’s Anatomy. Insiders say Katherine Heigl is ready to depart from the TV series to focus full-time on her film career. “It wouldn’t be a shock,” a source told People magazine. “The level of speculation is no different than it has been in the past couple of years.”
The star took three-month maternity leave to bond with her 15-month-old daughter Naleigh, whom she adopted in September with husband Josh Kelley. She also had a five-episode break to film Life As We Know It with Josh Duhamel.
Heigl is due to return to the set of the medical drama on March 1.
