It seems that the early deaths of her two friends Natasha Richardson and David Carradine, really affected Uma Thurman.
It made her re-evaluate her life, friends say, and helped her decide that her engagement to fiance Arpad ‘Arki’ Busson isn’t the right thing to do.
“Uma was really affected by the early deaths of her two friends Natasha Richardson and David Carradine,” a source told Britain’s Daily Mail newspaper.
“It made her re-evaluate her life and she concluded that Arki and her wanted different things.
“Life with Arki was all about dashing from St Tropez to St Barts. Uma just wanted to slow down.
“They had a big row and Uma called it a day.”
