Both her suicidal routine and its fake blood were vetoed.
Also, she received a whole list of instructions about meeting the Royal Family.

Nicole Richie recently met Britain’s Queen Elizabeth. And because Nicole was given a whole list of strict rules to follow when she met the Queen at the Royal Variety Performance, the socialite jokingly said that the Queen is as demanding as a true diva.
“Rules for meeting me. That’s right, I’m a DIVA with a capital D!!(sic)” Richie wrote on her T.i.ter page.
