Even if without them the notoriety of any celebrity would be dramatically diminished, paparazzi are not among the most appreciated people on earth.
Salma Hayek is one of the celebrities who do not stand paparazzi, recently branding them as “weirdos and freaks”.
“What’s freaky is the guy behind the camera who is desperate and so excited because he’s seeing you walk into a supermarket,” Salma said. “I think that’s freaky. They’re the freaks. I’m not the freak. I’m attacked by the freaks. That’s the strange part. I hate it.”
