Bruce Springsteen’s cousin and road crew member was found dead in a hotel room, in Kansas.
Kansas City police declared that they are still investigating, but the death isn’t considered suspicious.
Bruce Springsteen canceled his performance in Kansas and the tickets will be refunded.
“Lenny Sullivan, Bruce’s cousin and the assistant road manager of the E Street Band for the last 10 years, passed away today at the age of 36,” a statement on Springsteen’s website read. “A warm and sensitive person, he was beloved by Bruce, the Band>, the crew, and the entire Thrill Hill family.”
“Bruce and the Band deeply appreciate the understanding of our Kansas City audience, and look forward to returning at our the first opportunity,” continued the message on Springsteen’s website.
