Pamela Anderson intended to stay in a trailer in the Paradise Cove trailer park until work on her Californian house was completed, but has fallen in love with the beach-side, laid-back lifestyle.
"It's a one-room mobile home that I bought as a guest house, then we moved in temporarily. I moved there because I was waiting for this damn house to be built in this posh part of Malibu. And then I realised I was so much happier and the kids were also happy," she said.
Pamela insists that she has no plans to move out of the one-room trailer because she fell in love with electrician Jamie Padgett, while taking a stroll to the nearby beach.
This could have had a chance to sound unexpected if she hadn't declared earlier this month:
"I was a tomboy at school. I never wore make-up until I came to Los Angeles. I didn't understand girlie stuff - I excelled at sports instead. I was a nymphomaniac though!"
