The ALMA Awards nominees were announced this morning from Eva Longoria’s restaurant Beso. Jessica Alba was nominated in the Actress in a Comedy category for her role on “The Office”.
Salma Hayek for her role on "30 Rock" and "Desperate Housewives" star Eva Longoria Parker are competing with Jessica for the same prize.The ALMA Awards will air Friday, Sept. 18 on ABC. Judy Reyes Scrubs won in 2008 the prize for the best actress in a comedy.
