Desperate Housewives’ star Eva Longoria Parker is going to put her native language to use while taking on her first-ever Spanish-speaking film role in a Mexican movie about kidnapping.
Film producer Leopoldo Gout says Eva’s character will be crucial to solving the mystery at the heart of the film, which is called Day of Grace. The producer didn’t want to give away any other details, but says the actress “read the script and loved the characters and the story’s depth.”
Gout said the movie will be filmed in Mexico City later this year. The release date is not yet known.
