According to x17online.com, child stars Dakota Fanning, 15, and Freddie Highmore, 17, were spotted on a dinner date at Il Cielo in Beverly Hills on Saturday night.
Dakota has been a star since appearing in I Am Sam with Sean Penn at the age of six, while London-born Freddie is best known for his roles in the films Finding Neverland and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, starring opposite Johnny Depp, and August Rush.
Dakota is currently filming for The Runaways in which she plays Cherie Currie, lead singer of the '70s all-girl hard rock band. Kristen Stewart plays her band mate Joan Jett in the film.
She next appears in The Twilight Saga: New Moon, while Freddie provides the voice of Astro Boy. Both of their films were featured at Comic-Con this past weekend.
