If you heard the US tabloid rumours claiming that Hollywood's hottest couple, who have been together since 2005, have decided to call it quits, don’t worry. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are fine and they’re not splitting up, their representatives told People.
A rep for the Inglourious Basterds star said that reports of a breakup are "absolutely not true," while Jolie's manager said the claims were “not true at all".
The National Enquirer reported on Wednesday that the couple, known as Brangelina, were going to announce an "official" split and were preparing to fight for custody of their six children and a $200 million fortune.
The tabloid also said the deciding moment was a fight at the Cannes premiere of Inglourious Basterds. But a source tells the newest issue of Us Weekly: "They have their fights and moments, but generally things are good. They are happy, and Brad loves being a father!"
However, this is not the first time the couple has been besieged with split rumors, but it is the first time that Pitt and Jolie have bothered to respond.
