The latest James Bond has proved a critical and commercial success in his two turns in the iconic role, for Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace. But it seems like Daniel Craig is apparently looking for a break from his action-hero "Bond" persona. The 41-year-old actor is reportedly in talks to star in the psychological thriller Dream House, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
In the film, penned by David Loucka and set to be directed by Irish filmmaker Jim Sheridan, Craig would play a man who moves his family to an idyllic small town, only to discover their house is haunted by its former inhabitants, who were murdered there.
No further information about the movie, including other cast members or filming dates, have been released.
In addition to Dream House, Craig is also set to do a stint on New York's Broadway, starring in drama A Steady Rain opposite Hugh Jackman.
