According to People, Chace Crawford, who plays hunky Nate Archibald on the CW teen drama Gossip Girl, is the hottest bachelor of the summer. The actor sat down with the magazine to talk about perfect dates, dating Carrie Underwood, made-up gay rumors with co-star Ed Westwick, and why he loves being a bachelor.
"I'm not looking for a girlfriend, but I'm not particularly looking for a girlfriend, either. I'm not knocking having a relationship; at the end of the day, you want to share with someone," he told the magazine. "But I just look at it as: I have the rest of my life to do that. I'm not in any rush."
About the ideal date he said: "All you need is a pool table, beer, an electric jukebox and good conversation," adding, "The day a girl beats me in a game of Beirut [a kind of beer pong] is a good sign!"
And for past relationships, Chace revealed that dating country star Carrie Underwood was "a whirlwind," but has no regrets, adding: "I learned a ton about dating someone in that kind of spotlight."
