There's a new Backstreet Boy in town: Singer Howie Dorough and his wife Leigh Boniello, a real-estate broker, became parents for the first time on Wednesday, their rep confirmed to People.

James Hoke Dorough, who wasn’t due until June, was born at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6th in LA, weighing in at 4.5 lbs. and measuring 16.25 inches. According to the singer's rep, the baby is healthy and doing great.

20th Century Fox has confirmed that Hugh Jackman's costar Ryan Reynolds will reprise his role as Deadpool from X-Men Origins: Wolverine in a spin-off movie.

The 32-year-old Canadian actor will again star as Wade Wilson, a wisecracking mercenary dying of cancer who's cured of the disease after undergoing the same Weapon X genetic alteration that transforms Wolverine.

Hugh Jackman is obviously fond of comic books and now he’s moving from mutants to ghosts.

Fresh off his solo smash, despite being panned by many critics, the 40-year-old Sexiest Man Alive is set to star in Ghostopolis, an upcoming all-ages big-screen adaptation of Doug TenNapel’s graphic novel. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the project is being set up at Disney, with Jackman producing through his company, Seed Productions.

According to The Guardian, Amy Winehouse has won a high court order banning the paparazzi from pursuing her. Similar protection was given to Lily Allen in March.

A source close to the singer's management team said that the singer sought the injunction to ban photographers (who constantly set up camp in front of her home) if they follow her or approach her within 100 meters of her home.

"We are happy to confirm that Maggie and Peter were married on Saturday, May 2," the actress's rep said in a statement to the magazine.
