Supermodel Heidi Klum and husband, singer Seal renewed their vows at a friend's beach house in Malibu, California this weekend. The pair had originally planned to hold the ceremony in Mexico at the same resort where they were married in 2005, as they have done every year since then, but they changed their plans because of the swine flu scare. The party was themed far from the couple’s glamorous lifestyle.
According to a witness, the theme was "white trash," with guests wearing jean shorts and leopard print clothes. The bride, 35, a fashion icon, wore a tight white, sequined top and a glitter-covered veil over her hair in cornrows, and the groom wore a mullet wig and an American flag jacket.
The couple were joined by their children and about 75 friends for the ceremony, held a day before their wedding anniversary and officiated by a preacher dressed as Elvis. Debra Messing and Matthew Perry were among the guests.
Heidi and Seal, who are expecting a baby girl in the fall, have two sons Henry Gnther, 3, and Johan Riley, 2 and raise daughter Leni, 5, from Klum's prior relationship with Flavio Briatore.
