Former Baywatch star David Hasselhoff, 56, was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital Saturday with alcohol poisoning after his teenage daughter reportedly found him unconscious on the floor at his home in Encino, California.
According to a report by Radaronline.com, his daughter Hayley, 16, immediately called her mother, Pamela Bach, who came and drove her ex-husband to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills for treatment.
The 56-year-old America's Got Talent judge was “barely breathing” by the time he arrived at the hospital. The frightened young girl reportedly kept “slapping her dad’s face” to keep him alive.
David’s blood alcohol level was .39 (the legal limit for driving in California is .08 percent) and he already has a history of alcohol problems, which included a home video in 2007 in which he was drunk and lying on the floor, eating a hamburger, while his daughter Taylor, 18, begged him to stop.
"This is about the seventh time he’s been taken to a hospital over the last few years with alcohol poisoning," a source told Radar.
