In her new autobiography, Miles to Go, released last week, the Hannah Montana star writes that she has a condition called tachycardia, which causes her heart rate to speed up. Although the problem isn’t life-threatening, Cyrus admits she worries about the affection when she performs live.
“The type of tachycardia I have isn’t dangerous. It won’t hurt me, but it does bother me. There is never a time onstage when I’m not thinking about my heart,” The New York Daily News quoted Miley as saying in her book.
But health problems aren't the only subject the teen star has spoken about in her autobiography. She dedicated an entire chapter to 'Prince Charming', the nickname she uses to refer to her first love, whose name she didn’t reveal but is believed to be Nick Jonas: “Wow! I was so in love,” she says. “Do you know what I'm talking about? The kind of love where the sun could shine or not shine all day long and you wouldn't care.”
She also disclosed that when they broke off, she penned 7 Things I Hate About You in his honour, and she concluded: “I want to be the one who finally got to say my opinion. It's really important for the fans to feel that they're like you more than just someone they can look up to and someone they feel like they can be friends with.”
