It took all of a week but the photos proving Rhianna's facial injuries from her smack down by boyfriend Chris Brown has been posted by TMZ. If it is RiRi - and the woman is so badly bruised that she's almost unrecognizable - it sheds new light on her claims of violent abuse.
Perhaps it was "leaked" because Brown had said much of what has been reported of the incident is untrue...
"Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired. I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God's help, to emerging a better person," Brown said in a statement issued through publicist Michael Sitrick.
While the LAPD has issued a statement saying it will launch an internal investigation to see who leaked the picture (considered evidence in the case), word out of Barbados is that Chris has called Rhianna several times this week and that she is considering reconciling with him.
She's going back with him??? After this?
