Eva Mendes has been named the "Most Desirable Woman of 2009" by AskMen.com, which released its annual list of the 99 hottest women in the world on Wednesday. 'Transformers' star Megan Fox came in at No. 2.
The Desirability ranking is not just based on looks. The readers also made their picks according to personality and character, as well as intelligence, humor, charisma, and ambition. The majority of 10 million voters say Eva has it all!
Marisa Miller, who was on the cover of Sports Illustrated's swimsuit edition, was named No. 3, followed by philanthropist Keeley Hazell.
Anne Hathaway rounded out the top 5

Isla Fisher, Christina Aguilera and Katy Perry all made the list as did Angelina Jolie - although she ranks in the middle at No. 42.
Surprisingly, Jennifer Aniston, who makes about every magazine cover every week, was not on the list.
In an oddly titled alternative list, the "Top 99 Rejects", Kim Kardashian landed in first place - with the explanation that she JUSSST missed out of the regular top 99 list.
