"Billie Jean" Sues Jacko. Says She's Blanket's Mommy

jacko Billie Jean Jackson has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles against singer Michael Jackson in which she alleges that she is the biological mother of the singer's third child, Prince Michael Jackson II, aka Blanket.

The woman demands $1 billion in "support" payment and joint legal and physical custody of the six-year-old, according to the legal documents obtained by Extra!

simon and paula “I'll make a decision about (staying or leaving) next year," American Idol creator Simon Cowell said in an interview on Wednesday. "T.i. show could continue for another 10 years.”

But that doesn't mean it has to go on with a bored Simon sitting in the judge's chair. With all the swirling speculation that Kara DioGuardi had been brought in to replace troubled judge, Paula Abdul, it now seems likely that Kara is there to fill Simon's seat.

j lo and marc Jennifer Lopez blames hubby Marc Anthony for her career "going down the tubes," says a new report in Us Weekly. The mag has observed the two have attended events separately this month, and that JLo has been photographed without her wedding ring on.

"If the ring's not on, there's a reason for it," said Us Weekly's Jill Martin. "She doesn't just accidentally forget to wear the ring."

Can you see an older Axel Foley as the Riddler? The Sun is ~~spreading the rumor~~ stating that Eddie Murphy has signed on to be in the next Batman movie, 'Gotham.' The Beverly Hills Cop star, 47, has allegedly been tapped by director Christopher Nolan to reprise the role played by Jim Carrey in 'Batman Forever.'

More details by the gossip rag reveal that the studio wants 'Transformers' star Shia LaBeouf, 22, to play Robin. Which will be interesting because Christian Bale, the best Batman EVER!, says he will quite the role if they ever write the Robin character into the script...

Brandy Faces $50M Civil Lawsuit From Car Crash

Brandy RnB star Brandy is facing a second lawsuit for negligence and violation of statute over her 2006 car crash which killed another woman. Donald Lite is suing Brandy and the dead woman, Awatef Aboudihaj. Lite suffered injuries in the multi-car pileup on a California highway, and Aboudihaj died from her injuries.

In the suit filed last week in L.A. County Court, Lite says their speeding and failure to keep a safe distance, caused Brandy to rear-end Aboudihaj, which sent her car smashing into his.

Naomi Watts and partner Liev Schreiber welcomed a baby boy, their second son, on Saturday. The lil tyke and mom are doing great says the publicist. The Australian actress, 40, and her 41-year-old actor-boyfriend are also parents to Alexander "Sasha" Pete Schreiber, born in July 2007.

The couple decided to do the un-Hollywood thing, and not give a weird name to their second son. Instead, they're just going to call him Samuel Kai Schreiber.

Demi Lovato told Seventeen mag that her relationship to the three Jonas Brothers is completely platonic and that she considers them to be like her brothers. The Disney star says, "I've never kissed a Jonas brother, period. That would be kind of weird. Even in Camp Rock, Joe and I never kissed."

"We're all friends," she adds. "But they're not the type of guys that I'd be into dating – or else I'd be dating one!"

The late Heath Ledger is expected to be nominated - and win - a slew of awards for his fantastic performance as the Joker in "The Dark Knight." But who will pick up the awards for him? It won't be Michelle Williams, the mother of his child, Matilda.

Her publicist told TMZ that ''no discussions have been made for Michelle to accept any award, nor are there any plans to take part'' in any awards ceremony, including the Critics Choice, Golden Globe or Academy Awards.

InTouch Weekly is reporting that Michael Jackson IS gravely ill - and not just faking it to get out of appearing in court. He's alleged to be ill with Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency and a load of other stuff.

Ian Halperin, an investigative journalist tells the magazine: "He's had it for years but it’s gotten worse. He needs a lung transplant but may be too weak to go through with it.He also has emphysema and chronic gastrointestinal bleeding, which his doctors have had a lot of trouble stopping. It’s the bleeding that is the most problematic part. It could kill him."

Scarlett Johansson is pissed at the UK Cosmopolitan for "wholly fabricating" an interview and cover story about her. Scarlett - who wed smokin hot actor Ryan Reynolds, 32, in September - has not given any interviews about her marriage and has said openly that she prefers to keep her personal life private.

In the current issue, Scarlett, 24, is quoted as saying: “Ryan and I are in love and we’re enjoying evolving our relationship together." While that may be true and representative of her feelings for her new husband, Scarlett says she didn't say that exactly and has got her panties in a bunch over a made-up smarmy quote!
