Former Death Row Records founder Suge Knight, 43, is suing Kanye West over that incident at the Miami nightclub three years ago in which Suge accidentally shot himself in the leg was shot and also robbed of a $135,000 diamond stud earring in the ensuing scuffle.
Suge says it's Kanye's fault because his security allowed "someone" to smuggle in a strap at West's pre-VMA party at The Shore Club. Said unknown person used said smuggled gun to then shoot Suge in the thigh, shattering a bone.
Gangsta Suge, who recently filed for bankruptcy, is going to war with Kayne and suing for recovery of his bullet wound medical costs and for "damages for the loss of use and enjoyment of the earring." LOL.
The former records mogul has fallen on hard times but he managed to cut a deal with bankruptcy court that will allow him to keep a percentage of any money he can make in the Kanye lawsuit.
Which is whack because he should be suing the Shore Club which was responsible for security, not Kanye West. But it's not clear who stole the earring - nor why that's Kanye's fault either.
