Jennifer Garner Fears For Her Safety From Creepy Fan

garner Pregnant actress Jennifer Garner has made public the sad fact that she has been the target of a crazed stalker since 2002. The fan, who's name is Steven Burky, has become so obsessed with the former Alias star that Jennifer has gone to court to get the current restraining order she has against him made permanent.

The website TMZ reports that Burky once showed up on her front door and made the odd pronouncement that "God has sent him a vision of her being persecuted in some manner that may result in her death."

hilton and madden Paris Hilton and her true love, Good Charlotte's Benji Madden, have split up after nine long months of dating. Not that Paris seems all that upset - she's already been photographed partying with her ex beau shipping heir Stavros Niarchos over the weekend.

A source tells Us Magazine that the problem between the the heiress and the rocker was Him, not Her: "Benji was overprotective and controlling. He doesn't get along with any of her friends".
