Lindsay Remember that night that Lindsay Lohan was arrested for DUI in July 2007? Remember the part about when she "hijacked" an SUV with 3 big guys in it and drove off? In a lawsuit filed this week, the men -- Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro -- are accusing the Mean Girl of holding them 'hostage' as she fled from police!

She allegedly told them: "She was a celebrity... she could do whatever she wants."

Gillian Anderson Gives Birth. Now Has Her Own Odd Couple

Congrats to X-Files star Gillian Anderson who gave birth to her third child, a boy, on October 15 in London. She and partner Mark Griffiths already have one son together, named Oscar, so they decided to call this new baby ...what for it ... Felix. Hey, the lady has a wicked sense of humor!

Yup, Oscar and Felix - the characters in Neil Simon's play 'The Odd Couple', which was later made into a comedy film starring Walter Matthau and Jack Lemmon. I'll bet Gillian and Mark can't wait until the boys grown up to see which one is the neat freak and which is the messy one!

madonna It didn't take long for sordid details of life with Madonna to emerge after it was announced days ago that Guy Ritchie has finally grown a pair and is getting a divorce from the Material Girl. It sounds like Madonna is willing to pay him millions of dollars just to be done with it - and to keep him from telling the world about her weird lifestyle.

So what's next? Madonna says she loves England (so much so she adopted a fake British accent) and vows to stay but she's also spending more time in Manhattan ~~to be closer to A-Rod~~. Would the midwestern girl next adopt a fake Brooklyn accent? Albeit, temporarily? Remember, Vadge, New Yorkers pronounce "Long Island" as "Lung Guylin."

Comedienne Sarah Silverman isn't everyone's cup of tea - especially not the British. Someone thought that Silverman was something popular in the US and that it would be a good idea to have her haul her lame ass act to London. She bombed. And in record time!

Silverman had done her short little set and left the stage, only to be forced to return by the show's handlers since the audience, feeling they didn't get their money's worth, refused to leave. With no other material to do, the stand-up comedienne had to do a Q&A session. Hilarity ensued...

pink Pop star Pink says she loves motocross racer Carey Hart but she knew their marriage would never last - because neither of them could handle such a big commitment.

The couple split earlier this year after just two years as a wedded couple. Pink now admits she had doubts right from the start - even though she was the one who proposed. She says, "To be honest ... I knew there was a little part of both of us that couldn't handle being married."

The most telling thing about Gov. Sarah Palin's brief stint on 'Saturday Night Live' was that Tina Fey was smart enough NOT to stand next to the hottie politician who is way prettier than Tina - a fact duly noted by Alec Baldwin.

SNL, which has been a craptastic mess for years, has seen strong ratings the past few weeks with Tina-as-Sarah skits, but it's ratings were the highest they've been in 15 years when they got the real thing to come on the show. Palin's brief, hardly there visit drew in a late night audience of more than 17 million views, the biggest night the show has had since March, 1994.

david and madonna Following the news of Madonna's divorce announcement, Yohana Banda, the father of the "orphan" boy Madonna adopted two years ago, now is openly wondering if it would be better if his son was returned to Africa to live with his family.

"T.i. is a new and terrible thing to happen to him," Banda told the Herald Sun on hearing the news. "I am too upset to think clearly. [David] is only three years old and he has been through so much."

Strictly third hand gossip, and the script isn't even written, but fans are abuzz about the new rumor that Rhona Mitra is being considered to play a major villain in the future 'Batman 3' film.

The latest juicy tidbit comes from Batman-On-Film, which is saying that the "Underworld" actress could be a leading candidate for the role of Catwoman - that is, IF that character were to appear in the film even though no one involved in the production has even hinted at such a thing. But who doesn't love a good rumor?

jennifer carpenter Finally, a scary movie worth seeing this weekend! If you like "Cloverfield" you may like "Quarantine" which opens in wide release today. With a no big name cast, the film, written and directed by John Erick Dowdle, is a handheld cam horror flick that delivers big for an early Halloween fright fest.

The story follows a female TV host, played by Jennifer Carpenter ("The Exorcism of Emily Rose"), who does feature stories on people and their jobs. Who knew that tagging along with cops and firemen on a medical 911 call could be so bloody terrifying!

madonna and guy ritchie Madonna seems to have gone into complete meltdown now that she and hubby Guy Ritchie have stopped faking about their marriage that apparently went bad a few years ago. She took to mocking him on stage recently, referring to someone unnamed as being "emotionally retarded," even though it's obvious she's referring to her estranged husband.

Now that they've officially announced their split, Guy seems to be staying silent, doing the stiff upper lip English gentleman thing, while insiders are running to the tabloids to spill the beans on all the sordid details of the marriage.
