Now here's something you don't hear every day: the college-age son of Hollywood actor Bill Pullman has been arrested in North Carolina for ... wait for it ... moonshining! You mean it's still illegal to brew your own juice?
According to the AP, Jack Pullman, 19, and a buddy, Allen Gaddy, also 19, were charged with underage possession of alcohol and possession of non-tax paid liquor, or moonshine.
Pullman, who tried to outrun the cops when he was being questioned, was also tapped with resisting officers and assault on law enforcement.
Pullman is a freshman at Warren Wilson College in Swannanoa, NC.
Both guys were released Tuesday from the Buncombe County Detention Center.
Jack's dad, Bill Pullman, starred in "Independence Day," "Ruthless People," "A League of Their Own," and "While You Were Sleeping."
