A California judge has ruled that actress Sharon Stone will no longer share joint custody of her oldest adopted son Roan with her ex-husband Phil Bronstein. Phil has been granted sole physical custody.
Sharon recently filed papers asking for changes to the arrangement, but she still wanted to keep joint custody. Entertainment Tonight reports that the court denied her requests because she "failed to meet her burden of proof."
X17 online is reporting that a source told them the reason for the ruling is that Phil was unhappy by the home atmosphere Sharon provided for her son. He says the actress' house is a "party place" and that there is an "inappropriate sexual atmosphere" there.
Phil, the executive editor of the San Francisco Chronicle newspaper, and Sharon were married in 1998. They adopted Roan in 2000 and divorced in 2004. Sharon has gone on to adopted two other sons, Laird and Quinn.
