Paris Hilton appeared on ABC's morning bitchfest 'The View' Thursday to try and promote her new MTV reality show "My New BFF". But co-host Joy Behar - who's motto is "attack all guests" - wasn't buying what she was selling. Instead, she took her shots by ripping into the heiress and labeling her a convicted felon - which Paris is not.
Paris punched back and things got frosty from then on. It's amazing that anybody ever agrees to go on this stupid show to be ruthlessly attacked by these bitches.
Things went sour after the show aired a clip of Paris's infamous political FunnyOrDie TV commercial that played in August. Then the conversation went like this:
JOY BEHAR: You’re not going to be able to vote are you? I have a friend who was in the slammer. He can’t vote. Weren’t you in jail?
PARIS HILTON: I’m allowed to vote.
BEHAR: You are? I thought you couldn’t vote if you’re-
WHOOPI GOLDBERG: Only for felonies.
BEHAR: Oh, only felonies. What was your thing? Was it a misdemeanor or something?
HILTON: No, it was driving without a- with a suspended license.
SHERRI SHEPHERD: Yes, she can still vote.
BEHAR: You can still vote with that?
GOLDBERG: Yeah, you’re still American, yeah.
Who'd of thought that Whoopi would be the one to actually defend a guest on the cynical THEIR VIEW?
