America Ferrera and her hit show 'Ugly Betty' were tops at this year's ALMA Awards last night in Los Angeles. The show and its cast rated four gongs for best achievements of Latinos in the entertainment industry.
America won the award for Outstanding Actress in a TV Series, while her on-screen sister, Ana Ortiz, scooped the gong for Outstanding Actress in a Supporting Role.
The event attracted a host of hot Latino stars, including Eva Longoria Parker, Jessica Alba, and Disney star Selena Gomez.
The show will be broadcast in the U.S. on 12 September on ABC.
