Sienna Miller was recently photographed topless and snogging Balthazar Getty in Italy over the weekend so it's looking pretty obvious that the two are an item.
According to reports, the stalking actress has been living with Getty for a month - even though he's claiming 'we're just friends'. As in, friends who snog one another. While topless. On a boat. With paparazzi just on the next boat over.
The Alfie star is rumored to have been dating the married father-of-four since her split from Welsh actor Rhys Ifans last month.
It's also rumored that Miller moved in to his Los Angeles home four weeks ago. Her friends are saying that she isn't a home wrecker and that his marriage to wife, Rosetta Millington, is 'over' and has been before he started dating Miller.
A source tells the New York Daily News, "Sienna didn't break up his marriage. It's been in trouble for a year. The truth is, they've quietly separated."
