Authorities have determined that Shia LaBeouf was not at fault for an early morning accident in Los Angeles. They are now saying that the oncoming car that hit Shia's truck had run a red light and that the Indiana Jones actor was not intoxicated.
He was, however, caught red handed with Isabel Lucas in the wee hours on a Sunday morning. She's been identified as being the passenger who climbed out of the totaled truck. All this is news to her boyfriend - Adrian Grenier...
'Entourage' star Grenier was reportedly unhappy to find Isabel was in LaBeouf's car when it was in a crash about 2.45 am.
Isabel received minor head injuries, and Shia had surgery on his hand and was charged with drunk driving. She's working with Shia on Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen.
Her mother in Australia said her daughter was well and returned to work. "There has been an enormous media thing with this in the States," she said. "From Isabel's perspective, it was just a normal car accident."
Isabel and Adrian were seen out together on Sunday getting coffee - and no doubt walking off the gossip.
