In one pix Miley, then 14, is taking a shower in a wet t-shirt.In a second photo, the Hannah Montana star exposes her tummy while wearing a "Nick J" necklace and doing fishlips - or blowing a kiss - whatever - with her face.
A hacker claims Miley emailed the photos Nick Jonas in 2007 and he obtained them be accessing her email.
Either Miley needs to stop taking snaps of herself or daddy needs to get her a phone without a camera.
