Jennifer Lopez and hubby Marc Anthony are willing to pay a nanny $9000/month - that $2,250 a week - to take care of 4 1/2 month old twins Max and Emme. The couple claims they don't hire nannies and do the work themselves - but the problem may be that the workers quit over long hours and diva demands.
But reports say that J.Lo has had two nannies quit on her in less than three months.
A source close to the couple told The Enquirer, "Normally people who make huge sums of money and have loads of professional and social obligations hire a nanny for each child, especially for newborns. But it is as if Jennifer expects one nanny not only to take care of both twins, but to work 16-hour days, seven days a week!”…
According to the source, the first nanny lasted a month. “They hired a second nanny, who was wonderful with the twins, but she couldn't take working such long hours without a break,” added the source.
“After that nanny resigned, the couple began desperately seeking nanny No. 3.”
In the meantime, J.Lo's mom, Guadalupe, has reportedly been filing in and doing the work, despite Jen's claim that the couple would not be hiring any nannies at all.
In May, Anthony says that he and Jen were doing all the work: “She expects me to help and she makes no bones about it,” Marc said on The Billy Bush Show. “I get the late shift. I get literally from 10 PM because we don’t have a nanny. It’s just me and Jennifer figuring it out. From 10 PM to 8 [AM], that’s my shift.”

I'd do it in a heartbeat! I've been working 70-80 hours a week anyway. I started babysitting 22 years ago and my Mom did it as a career. Sounds like an ideal job to me.
