According to reports, lawyers for both Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook were thrashing out a divorce settlement until 6:15 this morning, and everyone’s got what they wanted. Christie is getting sole custody of her kids. Peter keeps his porn addiction.
The agreement was reached early this morning after an "all night" negotiation session at a Manhattan hotel, which follows eight grueling days of horrid details in their high profile divorce.
The settlement gives Brinkley sole custody of the two boys - Jack, 13, and Sailor, 10 - but allows Cook "ample parenting time".
The former supermodel has also been awarded all real estate holdings, while Cook walks away with a $2.1 million in his pocket - which should help finance his $3,000 a month porn habit.
